If the truth sets us free, then to be honest is to be almost weightless. There is a freedom with being honest. The more honest you are, the less you hesitate or wait in making the choices you need for your better. Therefore, it is best to proceed with truth in your mind, body, and spirit to soar toward your higher self. If you have baggage and unsettled weight, it can be alleviated by being honest.
