Entry #23: Healing is Ongoing - 01/21/2025

$1.00

I have been in conversations with people who would ask the question, “How do you know if you are healed?” “How do you know you have forgiven or reached closure?” I’d like to think that it is continual. You are always working on your forgiveness of said situation or someone. You are always yearning for that warmth and peace with knowing a loved one who was lost hears you and misses you, too. There are some things with being human that are not erasable or avoidable. The more you abstain from healing, the more it will hurt in the long run, trust me. It is better to engage and do what you can with what you can while you can, in healing. Your spirit will thank you for it.
