Entry #60: Effective Communication/Active Listening - 03/22/2025

$1.00

Often, we hear the importance of communication in all forms of relationships and yet we fail to incorporate a key aspect of communication, active listening. If people are not able to truly receive messages, to understand, and accurately engage, then communication falters. Anyone can share their thoughts, feelings, and actions but if the recipients do not understand, are not attentive, or assured that there is respect and fairness in such an exchange, then what good was the conversation? Effective communication requires active listening. Therefore, BOTH are required for understanding and growth to occur.

Read and receive with peace, love & care.
